Tapping "Choose apps" does nothing

Make sure Screen Time access is on: Settings › Screen Time, and allow Pauzo when asked. If you denied it before, Pauzo shows an "Open Settings" button.

How do I get the breathing pause right when I open an app?

Set up a Shortcuts automation once: open Shortcuts, tap Automations, New Automation, choose App, pick the app, select Is Opened, choose Run Immediately, turn off Notify When Run, then search "Pauzo" and pick Take a breath.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Pauzo Pro › Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

How do I restore my purchase?

In Pauzo, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
